Why can't I see your trade prices?
You will need to login to your trade account, click the character in the top right of the menu bar. Once logged in view the Trade Shop.

Do prices include VAT?
No, all trade prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout.

What is your Minimum Order Value?
The minimum order value is £100.00 (excl. VAT). You can mix and match products to meet this value.

Do you offer free UK shipping?
Trade customers get free shipping when ordering over £500.00 (excl.VAT)

For orders less than £500.00 a delivery charge will be calculated and added at checkout.

What about international shipping?
At the moment we don't take international orders via the website. However we have distributors in the EU & USA so please get in touch with us via trade@imaginelles.co.uk and we can put you in touch with the relevant contact.

Can I pay through your website?
Absolutely! Orders can be created and paid for directly on our website once your account is active.

Can I return items from my trade order?
Yes. You may return unused and unopened items in a saleable condition at your own cost.

A returns processing fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. The fee amount depends on the size of your order and will be confirmed prior to return.

Can I sell your products on Amazon?
No. We don't allow reselling of our products on Amazon.

Can I sell your products on TikTok?
No. We don't allow reselling of our products on TikTok.

Can I sell your products on Ebay?
No. We don't allow reselling of our products on Ebay.
